I must say that our lawn looks great this year.
I think that the fertilizer you use is coming too close to the pac a sandra and it 'burns the leaves'
I would like to know if the person who did our shrubbery last week did both the back and the front of the house. It did not indicate that both were done on the receipt that was left.

Andrew Parenti is outstanding. He explained to me what he was going to be doing, why and what would be next, I asked about a certain weed growing in our yard, He knew actually which one it was, and decided upon a treatment. The treatment will not happen until early fall.
I had not been happy with your company. First treatment early March, I had to call after nine weeks to schedule a second treatment, The second treatment, did not resolve the issue I was having with clover, (Andrew was not the tech who delivered the treatment)
I called after two weeks, not see any results of the the second treatment. Explained the issue, and your company had someone here within three business days to correct. Andrew resolved our clover issue.
I hope Andrew Parenti continues to be our specialist. He is great at his profession
He always ask if I have any concerns and answers any questions I have. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.
I would like to say that i had a appointment on weds, 6-3-2020 i got a text message so i could follow when the truck would arrive to my property, so i had to make arrangements to stay at home till it did, i like to be here to speak to the tech to make sure my lan is doing well, i was following the app, it said i was next with in 10 min, then I recieved another text message that we are sorry that I cancelled the appointment and to rescheduel a new one, I went into panic mode, i called the 800 number right away, cause I didnot cancel anything,
I got A women on the line Her name was Mary Ann Peterson, she told me she was with the comercial end of the company but would see what has happen, she said there was nothing in her system that it was cancelled, she said she would look into it further and send a email and call the local office to see what can be done, she said she would get back to me I said ok and of course I was saying to myself I am screwed i wasted my day and time waiting for this to be done, 5 min later the true green truck pulled up infornt of my house, Ralph the driver explained to me what had happened, i was relieved, A hour later i revieved a call back from Maryann, asking if i herd anything and i spoke to her, let me tell you this Lady was very very nice, well spoken explained everything to me, she should be commended for what she did for me the customer, which i have been for many many years, Ralph the tech should also be comended he did a great job and very nice and told me what to do and what not to do with my lawn, we need mre people like these two in this world today,

I am noticing a lot of crab grass in the rear fenced in yard area along with some patches of clover. Weeds along front yard wall seem to popping up as well.
Can you have your tech check the entire yard and treat areas as needed please.
