Last service was aeration and over-seeding my entire yard. Aeration was ok except for some parts. The seeding was not enough, there are many spots grassless. Also many spots with weeds and reddish spots. You technician Barry that the reason for that is you over did the chemicals and it just killed all the grass. He took pics for these spots. I appreciate fixing all this ASAP before your next application

I again was able to meet our tree specialist, Pasquale Maiello as I've met him before. I have to say he's one of the best associates who has worked on our home. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and is always happy to answer any questions my wife or I have. He represents the brand and the local office very well. Just wanted to share that as I was reading the notes he left and it said we could share feedback.

Good fast service at a reasonable price
You do it for me so I don't need to. No storing bags and bottles. The price with the sale on was acceptable. Might not pay more for the same service as I am more thorough being that I live there but it took a big load off which frees me up for other tasks. As long as I get a comparable price, I will continue to use your services. It would be nice to see the crabgrass disappear next summer since I have been able to do that myself on my prior property with a pre-emergent. I got it this year but this lawn was a nightmare before the growing season as we just bought the house and my last lawn was one I grew from seed thus it never got out of control on me. You guys do a pretty good job.

The aeration and seeding service was done extremely well. The specialist, Justin Curry, did the most thorough job anyone has ever done on our property and was very knowledgeable about the entire process. He answered all the questions I had and was very polite. He's an outstanding specialist.
I have lived here for 33 years and my lawn has never looked better. Grass is growing in shady spots without seeding it in areas where I have never been to ever grow grass before. The huge problem I had with crabgrass for decades has been fixed.

It is very difficult to schedule additional services with your company. It is unlikely that you will speak to the same person twice to obtain a price and schedule services. Often times the person you speak with does not update your system so the next time you call you must explain your request again and if the person you are speaking with is unable to answer or fulfill your request you need to call back and start over again with another rep. I strongly suggest that your VP of Mktg. or President call your company and attempt to purchase and schedule a service. The actual service gets performed, if you are lucky enough to o make an appointment.
The providers are always timely and polite when they come to work on our lawn and shrubs. Our lawn has never looked better than this year.
