Tataran Raikes gets a ten for professionalism. He rang my doorbell before he started the treatment introducing himself. He explained what treatment my lawn was getting and he was just plain nice.
Weather permitting, you come as scheduled. The last service in January; the tech was especially polite and courteous.

The Customer service it excellent, the personal in staffing for professional and honest technicians is unbelievable. It seems like you get a different technician all the time . When I started my service I was very pleased because I was familiar with the technicians that serviced my property. Now I don’t feel as though I am getting the quality service I am accustomed too. I had to put in complaints several times . I have cameras in front and back of my property . A few times I had a bill submitted and I watch the technician sit In service vehicle for about 5 minutes or so and pull off without servicing my property. This is unacceptable when you’re paying for this service. Customer service corrected the problems so kudos to customer service representatives.
