When your tech arrives, they will personally knock on your door to advise that they are here to service your lawn/shrubs! If not at home, they will complete the service, advise you that they knocked on your door, and leave an invoice detailing what was done, etc.! I find that to be very professional! I also appreciate the fact that if something is wrong, TruGreen will come back out to retreat at no additional cost to the consumer! Now that's service!

Hello,
I needing to know as to whether the specialist treated ornamentals to include: Hostas foliage around tree at front house; azaleas front & side of house; flower garden in front of house; and green shrubs front and rear of house? Also, I notice bladed grass (or weed) growing through out the front lawn. Is this normal or should it be removed through treatment?
Lastly, I notice some holes in certain grass areas. Is this a sign of moles and if so, do you remove them?
