I like the way my grass looks right now, but there are still lots of weeds
I like that I can sign up ahead of time for the next year's service and get a discount. I like that my grass is greener than the neighbors and has no dandelions. I also appreciate that the Lawn Service person leaves notes with information about the yard and what service was done. I like that the Shrub service also tells me about the health of my bushes.

William Wagner was the tech today who serviced our lawn--he was friendly and courteous and explained the application he was putting down. I had a few questions for him and he was knowledgeable and answered them. I haven't always had great service on our lawn so hoping this is the beginning of how things will be this season.

William Wagner did a great job spraying my shrubs. I did not know that I need to prune the dead branches. I will need to find someone to landscape the beds and mulch the landscape. Not sure what tree rings are.
I will show this to the landscaper. Is there a landscape company True Green recommends?

You show up when you say you are going to show up (at least, so far you do). You actually perform the work you are supposed to do (again, at least, so far). You ring the doorbell out of courtesy and answer any question I have (very important to me). My last company failed the first two points so the last one was moot to me. I appreciate your good, dependable service.
TruGreen generally recognizes and monitors the needs of the lawn/landscaping, etc. and treats it accordingly!
The last lawn care professional took the time to wrap on the door and speak with me.

Overall, I think service is good. Lawn is nice green color, very few weeds, no dandelions, and overall thickness of lawn is good... Concerned about Spring Violets in the lawn. They continue to spread over lawn. We had made progress. But aggressive treatment of the spring violets has not continued or is ineffective. I would like to discuss this matter with our lawn technician and implement a solution. Thank you.
