TrueGreen did aeration and seeding twice for me. Seeds were washed out after 1st aeration and seeding. TrueGreen accepted my request to initiate aeration and seeding 2nd time, their service is good. I have seen new grass in many areas. TrueGreen seeds are good quality and I don’t new weed. Staff are friendly and listen to us.

Agents and workers try to be thorough but do miss areas that should be treated.
They are friendly and will rework an area if asked. What I like best about TruGreen is their willingness to retreat a lawn if the initial treatment is not satisfactory.
The detailed comments on the service ticket show that you are clearly looking at my specific yard. They are not generic comments but very helpful comments. In addition, your website is very helpful and user-friendly with all of the service tickets listed.
The visits are consistent and unobtrusive. The shrubs and lawn look very good generally. Trugreen wants to please their customers.

We've only had one problem over your years of service. The last time you aerated and seeded the ground was wet and they tore up parts of the lawn.
