The lawn looks very green, of course all the rain has helped. There is marked improvement in that bare spots are filling in and weeds seem to be diminishing. The only other thing is that it would be nice to discount the services for veterans and seniors like a number of businesses do. Thank you.

My Tech was great and explained all he was doing to me at the time of service.
My only request is, would like to know, if it's a pellets or liquid. Liquid must keep my 2 dogs off for hours. I would appreciate knowing this, prior to the application. Normally I'm home and your driver tells me doing the job. If it's a liquid I'd like him to give me time to let my dogs go potty!

Trudy calls to give notification of when service will be provided. Service people are always polite and friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have, and of course the lawn looks great. Willingness to address concerns. I had a concern at my last tree and shrub service. My service provider Phil Stauffer told me he would take care of the issue when he returned to the office. Later that day Phil phoned my home and along with his manager we had a conversation and the issue was taken care of immediately. Anytime in the past when I have had any concerns I am contacted promptly, courteously and to my satisfaction.
