My lawn looks great, and the specialist who applies the product in my area, Stephen Trager, is friendly and responsive to all questions and concerns. TruGreen arrives when they say they will and quickly and efficiently applies the product.
Our lawn is really green. Everything looks good. However, I would appreciate a phone call the day before you come to treat the lawn.

Continued great job, no damage being done to lawn by over spreading/dumping of product.
My only complaint is I would rather deal with/speak to my local Trugreen worker than the corporate team. Regardless of what telephone number I call, I end up speaking to corporate.
This is a small community here in PA, you can keep your big corp ivory tower, let us deal with the local crew as is the norm for farm communities.
