The care is provided on a schedule. I do not have to call, only if I have a question or notice the grass, trees or shrubbery are not doing OK. In case that occurs, TruGreen sends a specialist to check out the problem.
My specialist Travis Shreckengast is absolutely GREAT....very, very, knowledgeable.... I'd like to have him do my yard all the time...

Steven Sellner delivered this year's first lawn service today. He arrived promptly and introduced himself when he arrived. We discussed today's treatment and reviewed any questions or concerns I might have. Then he proceeded to complete his work. When he was complete, he reviewed what he had done, what I should expect and when he would return.
Steven was an absolute professional who did a fantastic job. I was very pleased and satisfied with him.
