I was very pleased with the horticultural oil application. The serviceman was very informative. I did receive a phone call from my new representative, but I was working and could not answer the call. I called back and asked him if we could review my program. I really need to cut back on my plans that total $1,830. He promised he would call me back the next day. Well, it has been almost a week and I am assuming he is not calling me back. If you wish to keep my business, please call me to modify my programs or I will have to cancel it on my own. Thank you for your time.

Need to step up this year to apply applications on time i.e. missed/late on application on grub prevention. Was told staffing issues etc. Our lawn was destroyed!!! If schedule is not met this year on applications I will strongly consider cancelling service. Our lawn is not where I expect it to be a this stage. I don't think you will publicly share this feedback, but am willing to discuss my concerns with TruGreen representative.
