On the other hand though, I am not happy with the lawn care as I do beleive my lawn is beyond repair and should have gone with my first instinct which was to re-sod.
It is not the fault of the gentlemen that are coming to treat the lawn, but none the less I am sorry I took our the service before I re-sodded.

Always prompt. Always leave good notes. Few times that I have met the people who do the spraying they have been very polite and gracious. Shrubs seem to be thriving.

After a series of phone calls last month, I spoke to one of your customer service reps and discussed my issue with lasts months service, or lack there of. She informed me that last months charges would be deleted from my account. Hence, I will only be paying for this months lawn application. If you have an issue with this, then please close my account.

The service personnel and I have had contact with the general manager and he is very professional
I like the fact that you call before the service to let me know you are coming.
However, do not need 3 or 4 phone calls about the same thing. It is overkill!
One or two is fine. You have my information and the plans I chose and I do not need to
verify them 3 or 4 times to different callers. I did receive a call about my tree plan and he advised that they would call to come out for the treatment. They did not. So have no idea why this guy called about it.

I think your services are very good, however, I have a few brown spots in my lawn and I am trying to figure out why? Can someone contact me and explain this to me.
So far everything is going fine. I get compliments on how good my lawn looks .
I receive great service on the Tree & Shrub side from Rudolf Anderson. I have some palm trees with a fungus problem, and he is saving them! So I am very happy. He is a "10."
On the lawn side, I give TruGreen a "9", because it has been more of a battle to get the weeds squeezed out of my yard. I know nut grasses are especially tough, so I am willing to give the process more time.
Again, I am so pleased to have Rudolf Anderson on my route. He always has a smile and an explanation for my foliage questions. Ten, ten, and ten again.
The services are precise and punctual. Seems to be working for the most part. Very professional - except; for the website. I still ;cannot get in with my password & I.D.
