Your technician Kevin Ashman was very friendly and helped me explain how I can tell if a brown spot is caused from chinch bugs or fungus. In my particular case, it was probably fungus so he treated it and said I can call back if it doesn't cure the spot. Very nice to recommend the retreatment if it doesn't work.

I love the service so far . I have experienced unsatisfactory service with other companies.The only down side, to get scheduled on a Saturday it’s like impossible. I think you guys need to be more Flexible with Saturday scheduling.

We have been struggling with millipedes, however, I understand that there is nothing that can be done to get rid of these pest.

Marcus B was out today. His is a great part of your team. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. He knocked out the park. Enjoyed have him service today. Would love if he became my regular service tech.

I don’t normally take the time to fill these out as life can get pretty busy as we all know however, when someone goes above and beyond and provides service like Marcus does, I make the time.

Fred was very helpful and responsive to my questions and needs regarding my lawn. He assured the needed additional treatment was done of a few spots that had developed fungus even though that treatment was not planned for this cycle. I appreciate the extra effort and his listening.
