My lawn care specialist is the best! My lawn is plush, green, weed and bug free! Robert is very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. Customer service folks are accommodating and always available. So far, the mosquito confront is working too! Trugreen products i.e. fertilizer, lawn nutrients, bug treatment (fire ants, grubs) all work as promised. And if I need anything between scheduled treatments, Trugreen accommodates!
Our lawn is back an healthy. The tech is professional and through.

I'LL START WITH DISLIKES...THE "NO HUMAN INTERACTION" REGARDING SCHEDULING AND APPOINTMENTS FOR SERVICES IS A BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS. AS WELL AS TRYING TO SPEAK WITH YOUR LOCAL BRANCH AND CALLING THE NUMBER LISTED FOR THEM GETS YOU TO THE SAME CALL CENTER WHERE SIGNUP IS TAKEN.
MY WIFE AND I BOTH WORK AND WE HAVE AGING DOGS THAT HAVE TO BE LET OUT BY SITTERS MID-DAY, EVERY DAY. WE CANT HAVE OUR AGING DOGS TRACKING THROUGH CHEMICALS SHORTLY AFTER APPLICATIONS. IT TOOK AN ACT OF CONGRESS TO FINALLY GET TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE LOCALLY IN MANAGEMENT AND THEN HAVE THEM KINDLY ASK THE TECHNICIAN TO CALL TO SCHEDULE A TIME AROUND OUR DOGS SCHEDULE.
NOW THE GREAT...JERMAIN BOSWELL, CAME TO OUR HOME AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS TO THE CALL CENTER AND INTRODUCED HIMSELF AS MY TECHNICIAN. WE SPOKE BRIEFLY ABOUT THE TIMING OF THE PETS LET OUT AND HE AGREED TO PUT OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT DAYS AS HIS FIRST STOP OF THE DAY WHICH WORKS PERFECTLY WITH OUR'S. HE ALSO AGREED (WHICH HE DID ON HIS NEXT VISIT) TO CALL ME THAT HE WOULD BE VISITING AND ASKED IF THE THERE WERE ANY CHANGES IN OUR SCHEDULES.
JERMAIN IS AN ASSET TO YOUR BUSINESS AND SHOULD NOT BE STIFLED INTO NOT COMMUNICATING WITH HIS CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS BECAUSE OF CORPORATE POLICIES OF AUTOMATION.
HUMAN CONTACT AND DIRECT COMMUNICATION IS THE HEART AND SOUL OF ANY SERVICE BUSINESS AND SHOULD NOT BE REPLACED BY AN AUTOMATED VOICEMAIL CORRESPONDENCE OF ANY KIND
PS: MY HORRIBLE YARD IS REALLY STARTING TO TAKE A TURN. IT WAS SO BAD THAT I DIDN'T THINK ANYTHING COULD FIX SHORT OF A COMPLETE RE-SODDING. AFTER 2 APPLICATIONS (WE STILL HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO) I AM OPTIMISTIC IT WILL BE LOOKING GREAT ONCE AGAIN.

You actually are able to keep the lawn greener and weed free better then any other landscaping company afound. And the cost isn't bad either.

I find the workers are very pleasant and are aiming to do a good job for the customer.
Your technicians are extremely courteous and very well-trained, your products and services seem to work well, and everything (billing and services) is done in a timely manner and with impressive efficiency. I have only one criticism to make, which involves the image that the decrepit, dirty, falling-apart vehicles your techs have to drive present. It is so at odds with the way the company does everything else that I'm really surprised when yet another clunker drives up. To my mind it's very, very bad advertising.

I've got a great sales rep Chad Walker who was my former tech. And my new tech Jermain Boswell gets it done. I have dogs so everytime after I check to make sure they closed the gate before I let the dogs out... not one time in over 2 years of having you guys service my yard has it been left open.
We had a problem this spring with spittle beetles (because I still can't get my neighbors to use you guys). Called Chad Walker (in sales who used to service the yard and trees) and asked what we did last spring. He put notes in for Jermain to change the PH and spray early for them next spring, also had him come nuke the spittle beetles that had taken hold.
On a following visit I noted Jermain walking through the front yard kicking around just like I had been doing; checking populations, without needing any prompting from me he laid down some granular for them... as well as performing what he was there to actually do. Was a hot day and he coulda breezed through it, but he was a man on a mission, almost as if these bugs had embarrassed him. Couldn't be happier 👍🏼
