I only want Mr. Terry Moore of Branch #5980 to come back to service my lawn.

I have been a client since 2014. My lawn is still not where I'd like it to be after all this time. I have sedge weeds throughout.

In the past you have sent staff out for follow up care whenever I have complained. Unfortunately, most of the staff people you have sent operate like robots. They perform a function for the day without true interest, care or thought.

However, today, Mr. Terry Moore came for follow up care. He saw the sedge problem, appeared to really care about the service my lawn needed and about bringing it up to par and beyond for the long term. I do not mind paying monthly for that!!

I am happy with being able to depend on you guys for taking care of the lawn. Your new guy came to the door and introduced himself in a very friendly and professional manner. If you can keep the same person on my lawn each time that would be great. That way I know who to ask for if I have any problems. I have been having problems with the area around the bottom outside of my house. There is no grass next to the building. I had a manager come out last year. It is being worked on. It is just taking time for it to grow back as we think my lawn company has sprayed round-up and as a result, it damaged the area around the bottom of the house. I have spoke to my lawn company about it and they are not doing it anymore. Your company is aware of it and tries to do whatever they can. I have been a loyal every other month customer since 2009. You have also worked with me on the amount I pay every other month. For these reasons I continue to use your service and have recommended my neighbors to you. I will continue to do that. Thanks for your time and please continue to send the same technician so my lawn will look the best on the street. Mrs. Name removed
