I had lawn service on 2/6/17, and it was performed very professional. I had serval questions I asked the service man named Alvin, he answered them completely and to my satisfaction. I like that your fertilizer, weed control and pest control products work even when lawn is wet (not weather dependent). I also like that you can come in between regular visits to take care of any specific needs my lawn my have.

My technician Troy Last name removed is very professional and courteous. He contacted me before and after my treatment to make sure my pets were inside. Also, he placed the garbage cans that were out for collection back on their pad near the house. The gate was tightly closed as well. Nice work Troy Last name removed!

The lawn specialist, Juan Sosa, gave me detailed information about our lawn and how to take care of it. I am hoping that the information will improve our lawn. He also told us about the free services and grass that is provided if we are not satisfied.

After several phone calls and being very upset due to the lack of communication, finally was able to speak to the specialist (Anthony Fontanez) who came to service my lawn, he was patient and very polite, he did listen to me and what I had to say, he paid attention and finally made me feel that someone care. As a customer it would make me feel better if the Specialist was always the same to service my lawn, he would get to know it so I don't have to be at home to address any issue. Been using you for 20 years or more. Service is consistent reliable. However lately the service people have not been putting a sign indicating that the treatment is on the grass. I would like to make sure they do the next time. The servicemen are always very professional and helpful.
