Your employee knocked over a small table light and broke it. Most people would have swept it under the rug. He knocked, apologized and even offered to pay for it. That is character and is hard to find these days.

One thing that could be improved, we have a couple tall trees; I would like to see those sprayed as well. When Guaranteed Floridian serviced our lawn years ago, they would spray all of the trees, even the tall ones.
