your service is always on time
It's too soon to tell how well what you have done will work. However, I do need to let you know that the service representative who performed the aeration yesterday severed the cable and internet line. We were without both cable and internet for most of the rest of the afternoon and had to get Spectrum to visit to repair the line. Please ask your representative to be more careful.

Thorough and on time. Real time updates on arrival times and treatment completion. Very friendly, informative and willing to explain the procedures and anything the homeowner may be able to do as well. Also that you can call any time if a problem persists and they come back out to correct it.
Very prompt on regular service. Appreciate the recall availability as well. Technician Stephen Boutin is very knowledgeable and professional.

Most everything is ok but I am having a problem with regular and fire ants and they need to spray my entire yard to get rid of them. I'm surprised that they can't see that with the "hills" that they make. So, if you could make sure that gets on the list next time that they come to my house, please. First name removed
