I had my Shrubs done this morning by Omar Marrett. I am so pleased at the process.
He spoke with me to explain what he was going to do. He proceeded doing the service. After he was done, he explained in detail (in writing) what he observed, how he treated it and the recommended detailed after care. This was my first visit from TruGreen and I am so happy that I made the switch from another company. Omar was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and thorough and the communication was excellent.
I also, not being much a computer person, needed assistance in being able to send this review. I spoke with Melody. She was so helpful. It was a pleasure speaking with her.
