You do a fairly good job. Sometimes you miss areas i believe do to employee fatigue. Your website does have a lot of information but takes getting use too. The summary for the work performed is good, but does seem pre-formatted, It lacks information about certain items (for instance i have a area along the driveway that the grass is dying and there is no reference to possible causes). I realize that keeping a credit card in your system speeds up the payment process, but you need a check box that allows customer to NOT store credit card information on your server if desired...
I was impressed by the gentleman who serviced my trees and shrubs on April10, 2023. I believe he said his name was George. I talked with him about my concerns and he took care of them. He was very nice and polite and efficient. Hope he continues to service my trees and shrubs. He is an asset to the company. Well done!

it keeps the msquito population down. It doesn't get rid of every mosquito, obviously, but it allows me to enjoy my yard in the evenings without getting eaten alive. And they will retreat between services if the mosquitos start to be an issue again.
