Turner Pest needs improvement especially with certain management personnel.
You come in periodically per contract agreement. In the most recent treatment, the Specialist, Christian Parish noticed drought damage due to lack of watering. In Zellwood Station, we are limited to two days of watering, and the in-ground sprinklers do not provide sufficient water to deal with drought conditions. Thankfully, we have had recent rains which have done much to green up the lawn. Nothing can beat natural rainfall! A comment was also made regarding the height of the mower's cutting level. We employ commercial mowers. I can only assume that their machines are calibrated to mow at a 4" height. There are a few bare spots where grass has had trouble growing. I paid for BAHIA grass for my front yard and unfortunately, the supplier gave me less-than-first rate grass, but still gladly took my money! (I might add that I had to re-sod large parts of my lawn BEFORE TruGreen would consider servicing my yard,)
This is all I have to say. I continue to look to the skies for Mother Nature to bless me and my neighbors with life-giving rain (which doesn't seem to show up much here in northwest Orange County.) Perhaps TruGreen could rent an aerial tanker plane to air-drop water during drought periods!?

Service is advised far in advance. Service rep is always courteous and knowledgeable. Rep is always willing to answer questions and gives recommendations between services.

The reason I gave 9 stars is not due to lawn service, but rather tree and shrub service. If not for Curtis' excellent service I would have given a much overall less score.
