Brandon McCaffrey has done a great job servicing our previous home in Jax Beach and our current house in Ponte Vedra Beach. My apologies to him, when I transferred the account, somehow I requested that he be the person to treat our new lawn. It was unintentional, and I know it's probably out-of-route and an inconvenience to his normal route. Hopefully, that's been updated so that doesn't happen again, but thank you Brandon! Keep up the great work!

I appreciate the local management's response to my complaints re my lawn problems as a result of having "no show" many times during the past year, 2022., On Jan. 9th 2023, I had a specialist, Jullian Chew, who at my request, knocked on my door to announce his presence. I was able to point out my problem areas to him. He treated for fungus and weeds. I am looking forward to Trugreen's help to grow the grass in the areas that was killed by the chinch bugs last year. . I am expecting the efficient service that I had received many years prior to last year. I want to be able again to recommend TruGreen to others.
