Service calls are always answered and addressed when there are issues.
When the employee does the treatment I Have found they don't leave me a list of what they have done. They leave me a note to say it will be e mailed...which I don't seem to receive.
However the last treatment a week or so ago was by a man by the name of Hunter. What a difference.... He explained everything to me and left a detailed list of what he had done. Please try to have Hunter do my treatments a soften as possible.
