Lawn tech was courteous and respectful. I asked him what was causing a dead area of grass in my back yard. He suspected chinch bugs and said the treatment should take care of of the bugs. I have been very pleased with the service I have received. All the neighbors stop and look at the yard which Hass to be an excellent recommendation for Tru Green. If I ever have any questions or problems all I have to do is say something and it is corrected immediately.

He walked the entire yard with me and pointed out several areas of grass with different issues.
His grass knowledge is exceptional which allowed for some very constructive tips on lawn maintenance.
My lawn looks much better, but I am still seeing the pink flowered weed in several areas. I do not think the tech is getting all the areas.
