I’ve had an opportunity to work with each of the coaches at one time or another, and they are all knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and positive. They keep you accountable and celebrate your victories along the way, even when they seem insignificant to you. So glad to have happened upon the whole effort exercise method because it is the most practical and doable exercise program I’ve ever experienced. I’m beginning my second year and look forward to continuing the journey to total health and wellness.

It's clean and feels safe. The coaches are very encouraging. The sessions are only 20 minutes, yet I feel I'm making progress. I feel better and stronger, and sleep much better. I'm the ultimate couch potato and cannot believe I'm doing this, much less looking forward to each session.

Strength training is best . And which very important especially after 50’s . The coaches are so good and I have very positive vibes when I come and workout. Feels like I can achieve my goals.

I enjoy the personal attention I get from the coaches. The ratio is generally one coach to one participant. The coaches are always positive and encouraging.
I like that I compete against my prior performances. It is amazing how much work can be accomplished in twenty minutes.
Physically, the areas are always very clean and COVID procedures are followed.
I have achieved very satisfactory results in my participation with the program and plan to continue indefinitely.

The program only takes 20 minutes while the staff provides total quidance. And it is easy to request a change in schedule!
I would not go to a fitness center with larger crowds. I love the fact that EC is small, personal and the trainer is guiding you through the workout. The entire workout is only 20 minutes, but there is no wasted time, standing around, moving from one end of a club to another. I've worked with 3 different trainers at EC and each one is excellent. They're knowledgeable, personable and truly care about helping you. I would highly recommend them.
