I LOVE EVERYTHING about my workouts! I am packing in an all body workout in 20 mins! I just had my 6 mos Dr's appt -I lost 2lbs of body fat and gained 3lbs of muscle mass! If thats not results I dont know what is!! I used to work out at a fitness gym 3x's per week and never had those kind of results! Thank you Exercise Coach!!!! :)

Great physical therapists! I’ve worked with 3 different people and would highly recommend all of them. All the assistants and receptionists are very friendly as well. Definitely feel like I am in good hands through my recovery from surgery.

We have been going to the Exercise Coach for over 7 years. The trainers are very professional and help encourage you. Kevin is an awesome coach, he has been our trainer for the past several years and we really enjoy his coaching abilities, he knows how to get you motivated.
