Medley, my coach, is so friendly and supportive. She makes me want to come in for a workout even when I don't want to exercise. I was anxious about being able to get in shape after such a long period of inactivity, but slowly, I'm finding those muscles there were shriveling away.

The Exercise Coach makes exercising a "no brainer". Their coaches are attentive and encouraging without being overbearing.
