I like not having to keep track of all the administrative data associated with exercise. For example, I don't have to remember weight settings, seat settings, number of reps per exercise, etc. It's done either automatically by the machine or by my coach.

The coaches are great and they help you work through the exercise. They are concerned if you have any kind of aches and pain and change the program for your body type. They always have a smile on their face.

Staff
The studio is clean and the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. I like the one on one ratio as I work through some strength rebuilding after surgery.
Great programs and knowledgeable trainers
Excise Coach at Fishers, IN has provided me the most efficient strengthening program I have encountered in my 57 years as an Occupational Therapist. Eccentric strengthening, 20 minutes 2x/week rocks! The benefits are evidenced by increased strength, endurance and performance with snow skiing, paddle boarding, biking up hills, transporting 40 lb bags of salt and bird seed, loading my bike in/out of my SUV, decreased sleep apnea events AND an overall sense of well being! The workout
Very nice educated caring staff.
All the trainers are very welcoming, and very professional. They are encouraging, and make sure you have the correct form. Wouldn’t want to go any other place.
Coaches keep me motivated and adjusted my routine when I had an injury.
Oh, soooo many things!! 1) the equipment and the way it shows me a target range. Helps me focus and be distracted, while emphasizing my best performance to date. 2) 20 minutes a time. ENOUGH said! :) 3) I have had all the staff and LOVE them all. They are sooo supportive, encouraging, helpful and reinforce a positive atmosphere and culture. Makes me actually look forward to coming which is huge for someone who has NEVER enjoyed exercise. 4) emphasis on strength and muscle building. I know I am older (57) but I feel hopeful rather than discouraged due to age or current weight.
I feel so hopeful that I can impact my physical health and well being by continuing to come! Blessings!!

Everything! The coaches are great and encouraging. I like that I am done in 20 minutes and that I don't share a gym with 50 other people! The atmosphere is perfect. I have gained so much strength. I can keep up with my two grandchildren, pick them up and swing them around.

Staff is wonderful: knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly! Machines provide a good safe, effective workout in a short period of time. I enjoy feeling stronger than before I started, and I can tell a big difference in my strength if I miss a week or two. Facility is always clean and the business seems to be managed very well. 10 out of 10 in all respects.
I love working out at The Exercise Coach. The trainers are great and always motivate and challenge me at every workout. Even on those days when working out is the last thing I want to do - I always leave feeling great about myself and what I just accomplished. The facility is always clean and a happy place to be.
