Great motivating instructors and comfortable environment
The flexibility of scheduling is great, my work schedule fluctuates so it is nice to be able to schedule for the next day. The staff is phenomenal, even in group classes I get a lot of feedback and coaching. Brooklyn teaches me something new every time I train with her.
It's a love/hate thing. Hate how hard the workouts are, but love the quickness of it. Like gettung the immediate feedback. Staff is great, too.

The trainers are great and I like that the machines are set up for each individual. Everything runs smoothly at the workouts even if there are multiple people there at the same time. I'm still early in my journey so not sure how impressive the results will be.

This is the only exercise program I’ve stayed with for so long. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. I love the fact I can see my progress and FEEL a distinct difference in my overall strength. The best part is the 2x a week for 20 minutes of intense strength training—it keeps me focused , but never bored.
