The instructor Ben, went above and beyond to ensure we had a special experience. This was my first class after covid, and it was better than anything I could’ve asked for. He even stayed around to check in with each person individually.

C2 always has good sequences.
I joined corepower because my company has a corporate discount. I've been to a couple classes but wanted to try the early morning class before going into the office. The instructor I had for C2 - Margaret Werner - was amazing. She took her time to explain the poses and insure that the class was the right speed for everyone to get a good work out but also experiment with their practice to get better and learn. I love corepower but have noticed that my experience with corepower is very teacher dependent. This teacher was amazing and I will definitely be going back to this class and will tell my coworkers to join.
Jocelyn was incredible! So kind and welcomed me in and showed me around the studio. Great instructor who remembered people’s names and gave great muscle action cues.
very clean and modern studio with spacious rooms. Im pretty much a beginner and the teacher really explained the poses well so I didn't need to look around the whole time :D
I love the positive energy at CPY!! Very welcoming, appropriate for all levels of yogis. The way every instructor verbally assists you to reach each pose in your own way is wonderful.
Classes are consistent and challenging. Each instructor brings something different to the studio. I love the diversity!

Teacher's like Ben, Arrika, and Taylor have been the anchors keeping me grounded amid the turbulent year+ we have had. I love my core power experience because instructors like them teach me so much about yoga, help me center myself, and provide a great workout.

The instructor was lovely. I have only done yoga a few times, but wanted to try again with my daughter who is a regular. The instructions were mindful and easy to follow. She encouraged everyone and has great musicality too!
