Had not been to a class in quite a lot of years. Ben made me feel very comfortable and the class instructions were very specific and easy to follow, which made me enjoy the class. The only thing is I wish you offered more C2 classes earlier in the day , but I am sure as I try the other classes it will balance out.

I love CorePower yoga! My only feedback would be that I wished certain instructors who taught multiple classes a week changed up the routines and the music more frequently. I like to to go yoga many times throughout the week and it can get very repetitive repeating the exact same class multiple times.
I like the flow and the heated rooms. I can't wait for the class schedule to get back to having noon classes and more class options in general.
The instructors are kind and it’s a unique way to stay fit.

Love the schedule that accommodates all times during the day / sculpt class - I go 5 times per week / teachers are great and all very unique.
P.S. - I thought wearing a mask was going to be difficult but I don’t mind it at all for the meantime (even in sculpt).

Everything!!! from instructors to pace to poses etc.
Only fact I don't like is - the rooms are very heated during practise and it can become little suffocating during practise.

I took Rob's body sculpt class and it was the best. He kept us in a great mood the whole time and it was a difficult workout. I left feeling so empowered.
