Good atmosphere great staff
The steam room is the best thing that ever happened to my complexion! The gym is always clean and there are plenty of machines and space for a relaxing noncrowded workout. I love that we are allowed to use the studio room in between classes.
At SKY South (101st/Sheridan) the facilities are well kept, staff are very personable and my personal trainer(Terry Thompson) is exceptional. I have a form of muscular dystrophy and have been regaining strength and range of motion, thanks to Terry, that I didn't think I would be able to.

Friendly people to talk with
Took a spin class which was both challenging and made fun by the instructore (JJ). The BA facility is small-ish but with losts of equipment. I've never had to wait for a machine. Facility aways clean and well-maintained

It is very clean and staff (especially my trainer) are very friendly and helpful. Only minor complaint is that on occasion the music is very loud. Also, great locker room facilities.
