Clean lockers, clean equipment, lots of variety on equipment. Not too crowded and friendly trainers.
Most of the instructors are very friendly. The front desk, Caleb is very nice to everyone who come in the door. He greets them coming and leaving.

Staff members are awesome. Great locations. Lots of amenities. Group fitness classes are top notch. Expansion of business hours would be wonderful. (close a little later 10:30-11pm)

Love the instructors and classes and facility. Would love to see towels replenished near the free weight area more frequently-they are often out and you have to go somewhere else to get them-or better yet, put them outside the studios. More weights needed for group classes too. Otherwise love Sky!
Clean, friendly, convenient class schedule - supportive staff
Have private trainer whom I love. Most other members are friendly and courteous. However, I would like the manager to be more visible. Previous manager (BT) was always around interacting with members, available if there were problems. I know who the new manager is but don’t even know his name. He does not greet members when he sees them. Personal interaction important.
