I like that someone came to my son's school and spoke with the teacher. They also brought with them info on a reading program which the teacher is going to use for her entire class. I really like how much 1 to 1 time my son gets at Sylvan. He also really likes the rewards program - it really motivates him. I like how upbeat and positive the teachers are there also.
My daugher was very comfortable with the variety of tutors and they knew exactly what she needed help with, especially when she was present with no homework assignment from her primary school, they didn't hesitate to continue her learning with their own drills.
We love the approach Sylvan Learning takes towards tutoring our child. She actually looks forward to going. Which in turn promotes the willingness to learn. Great job Sylvan. We are very pleased!!!

I like the detail you provided regarding the classes my son is taking (he is taking the ACT prep class) - the plan, the anticipated outcome and the expectations were all very clear. I also appreciate the progress reports we have received throughout. My son also took your reading comprehension class and the results were clearly measurable and shared with us in a follow-up meeting.

I love the fact that the teacher/child ratio is very low. My daughter thrived at Sylvan Learning Center. The staff is fabulous, kind, and caring. And Ms. Teresa is one of the sweetest and most caring people I have ever met. She makes you feel right at home! Sylan ROCKS!!!!

I adored Alicia. The program Alicia put together for my daughter Anais has helped so much. The evaluations she gets often, makes sure she understanding the subject. I love how everyone listens to what the parents have to say and there friendly to all the kids,parents and staff. Every time we walk in were greeted with a hello. I also love how positive all the staff is to one another and everyone who enters the building. The program not only gives them confidence but it will build the confidence they need to accomplish there goals. The staff is also very understanding on how a child behaves or how your child learns. They award them for there great work and encourage them to make more of a effort to learn, along with involving the parents to work with them at home as well. Thanks to this program my daughter is ready to do her best in kindergarten:) Thank you Sylvan for reaching out to my daughter Deziree.
