The technicians have been very professional, knowledgeable and nice. The carpets dry much faster than other services I've used.

I have called twice now to have zerorez come back to rid of many spots that still exist in the carpet, but to no avail. It is always difficult to get them to call back in these situations. good service, but price is a little high

I'm not convinced that zero rez is any better than the 'traditional' type carpet cleaning. The area rugs that were hurriedly done don't really look or feel clean.
The guy that came here to clean the carpets did not have to move any furniture at all, so he had extra time to do a better job on the area rugs.
The wall-to-wall carpet in the master bedroom does not look or feel clean either. I asked him to pay extra attention to one area, but he went over it with just one quick sweep.

I have been using this service for several years and referred the company on many occasions. I've always liked the courtesy and promptness provided along with the quality of their work. In the past the results are fantastic. I must say, however, that the last time the carpet was cleaned I was out of town and upon returning I was very, very dissatisfied with the results. I'd like the company to come out and clean the carpets again and the carpet appears as though it was not thoroughly cleaned and doesn't have that cleaned smell and feel to it I have always experienced in the past.

Have more options to remove stubborn stains.

The technician that cleaned our carpets was very professional - the best we have experienced to date. My husband and I commented that he acted like he owned the company - in other words he represented the company in the way an owner would! You can't beat that kind of service.The carpets look great - we are very pleased!

Your service people are very efficient. They arrived on time and cleaned the carpet quickly and thoroughly. I like the fact that after the carpets have been cleaned old spots don't re-appear. The carpets dried quickly. The two young servicemen were polite and a pleasure to work with.

Service personnel are cooperative and cheerful, and service is fast.

The technician we had was not as thorough as the one we had for our first cleaning. I didn't call in to report it, but there are a few spots that didn't come out of the carpet. He was however very peasant and appeared to be pretty exhausted due to his previous job. We would still use your services again anyway.

No harsh chemicals which leave residue behind. No beater brushes that damage carpet fibers.

When I called to make the appointment, I was quoted $139.00. I returned home in the afternoon after Ethan left, and my husband handed me a receipt for $174.00. I called to find out why and was informed about the disposal fee. That definitely should have been disclosed when I called for the quote. Your non-disclosure made me feel badly deceived.

Aside from that, Ethan is a nice man and did a good job.
