The service was great, but the claims did not live up to the promises that were made by our carpet cleaner. It took about 2 days for our carpets to completely dry as opposed to 2 hours as we were told, and our family room carpet did not come out as well as we had hoped. Still stained in many areas. It looked great when it was wet, but when it was completely dry, which took 2 days, the stains seemed to reappear. The areas in the other side of the house came out beautifully clean, however it was a much better carpet. We would like for him to return and possible reclean the trouble spots.

Most important, my carpets were cleaned better than ever before. Every stain disappeared. In addition the actual cleaning took less time than it has with other companies. I am very pleased.

Steve our carpet cleaner was great.
Having our carpets cleaned was much more expensive than I have ever paid, but we had doggie urine that needed to be removed and we
hope that the process got it all. It did leave the carpets in the closet and dining room very wet for a couple of days and still a bit damp.
Steve did explain the process and the cost of the cleaner before he started. I appreciated that.
