The fresh, clean smell of the treatment. The assurance that the coating placed on our carpet will continue to protect it for at least a year and the courtesy, friendliness and expertise of the technician. I feel received excellent service and plan to use Zerorez in the future.

Cleaning works great, no residues or odd smells afterwards, dries quickly, professional and knowledgeable staff.
I was very impressed with the service I received from our service tech. He arrived early, walked us through the process room by room. He did not try to up sale like other carpet service techs do. Outstanding work, we will call again for service in the summer.
