Zerorez does such a professional cleaning , on time and with ne chemicals. They get all your dirt AND stains out, including blood from the dog's vigorous chewing on her bone. My three rooms were done in an hour and two of them had added protection. It only takes about 6 hours to dry so that is an extra bonus. I love this service. Thank you Zerorez.

The technician was very courteous and took great care to respect my home covering his shoes when coming in/out and using corner guards to protect against hose damage. Jonah called to say he was ahead of schedule and would be to my home before the arrival window. Jonah arrived, walked through my home, and then provided education and estimates on the cleaning process. I've used Zerorez before, and will happily be a repeat customer.

The young man was very professional and listened to my concerns about spoiled areas. He left the carpet in excellent condition and was careful not to soil it by wearing booties over his shoes.
The carpet dried in 5-6 hours and there is no residue on top, they are soft.
