Friendly and diligent
The workman showed up early in the window of time I was given. He called and said he was about 45 minutes out and he arrived within that time frame. He walked through the house with me and revised the estimate in light of the fact that I had fewer rooms than the phone estimate was based on. He was very efficient. The carpets look amazing, the stains were lifted out of most of the carpet and the feel of the carpet is soft. I would recommend Zerorez.

He inspected the carpet to be cleaned and gave me a fair anticipation of the results of cleaning my 31 year old carpeting. I like the fact that there are no soaps or chemicals in the water that is used. It's like the name indicates: no residue left in the carpets.

They do not use harsh chemicals so there is no residue. Stains that I could not remove myself with any product and other companies could not get out from my Pat being sick came out beautifully .
