I didn't really get to see the completed job as I was already moved out of the home but you folks were amazing regarding scheduling and letting me know when you were arriving and even letting me know when you were done. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was we had such a small area to be cleaned and yes our kitty had soiled three areas but to be charged over $100- what I was quoted was a little disheartening, don't get me wrong, I wanted the job done right but finances are a little tight right now, had a few instances with having quotes being higher with our move and my frustration level is just at a peak right now! We will definitely use you in our new home. Thank you!

Up front about prices and options. Friendly. on time. Honest.

We have used Zero Rez twice for the main floor and will use them for the upstairs when we're ready. Love the non toxic cleaning, both guys who've come have been friendly and knowledgeable, they work quickly and the carpets look great. I give them 4 stars, only because they are a bit more expensive than we would like but will still recommend them to anyone who asks!

The staff is very friendly and informative. I love how the carpet is not crispy after it dries. I will use Zerorez again for my carpet cleaning needs.

The technician was very informative and quick. The cleaning odor is minimal and dissipates quickly. With 2 new puppies and a geriatric cat, our 20 year old white carpets were a disaster. This is the third time we have used Zerorez and still amazed at the results of the cleaning.

The technician was courteous and professional. He gave me good tips for after care and fluffing up a matted down area. The scent is pleasant and it seems to do a good job. The carpet wasn’t all that dirty but the black light he used he was able to identify small areas that he treated with extra spray.

Zerorez cleaned three area rugs in my home on December 11, 2018. This was the first time I had used Zerorez. The service was very good and the rugs are clean. The dampness from the treatment dried up in a few hours and there is no lingering odor or residue.

The technician, Rainel Chapiro, was very knowledgeable of the rugs he cleaned. He explained what the rugs were made of and recommended the appropriate course of treatment. He was extremely courteous and professional, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

I will use Zerorez again and will recommend Zerorez to my friends.
