Rafael did a great job on our carpet. He took the amount of time he said he would, after we agreed on what he would do (a lot, our puppy had done a lot of business on the carpet). He explained what he could and could not do. He even got spots out that the previous cleaning did not get out. The carpet looks and feels wonderful.

I thought the service person did a fabulous job. I like that there was no chemical odor following. He didn't seem to be bothered by my questions. I would definately use zerorez the next time I need the carpet cleaned

Timely service also I didn't feel like I was being unnecessarily pressured into any up sales. Appreciated the servicemen's honesty and cheerfulness and his helpfulness. Sorry about the Lord.

Friendly, fast and the final result was better than expected. With 15 year old carpet and some pet and coffee stains I wasn't expecting perfect, but wow, it came out almost that! Thank you.

I've been Zerorez for years to clean my carpets and have never been disappointed. My carpets are clean and smell good, stains are removed and Chris Spencer is friendly and efficient.

The service provider was a gentleman, personable and able to listen to my plight. He was very informative above and beyond, and made me convinced of the appropriate service and its limitations. With all the imperfections presented by the carpet, it was the best carpet cleaning I have experienced.

I think you folks are great!!! Ben cleaned my carpets here at my house and did a fantastic job!! He was friendly, efficient and pleasant to talk to! Afterwards, the house had a nice aroma of lemon and smelled clean! I will definitely be calling you guys out to my house again in the near future to have our carpets cleaned!
