Even though some pet stains from vomit did not come out on my family room carpet after the first cleaning, even with the extra $60 I paid for a treatment beforehand that I was told would increase the chances in getting them out, I was pleased that Zerorez came out again a couple weeks later to try to get these spots out with a second spot cleaning. They still didn't get them out, but this is not anybody's fault. They are permanently set in the carpet. The service tech, Jordan, who came to my house both times was very pleasant and very professional. He also gave me two different types of cleaning solutions to apply the next time my cat throws up on the carpet and advised me on the best way to apply these products. Also, I did have my living room, dining room, hall, and steps cleaned and was completely satisfied with how they turned out, and all the faint stains came out, but this is a different type of carpet than the family room. I will definitely use Zerorez again the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

I thought the carpet was completely unsalvageable. I was stunned at how good they were actually able to make it look. After all the pet stains, kid stains and general dirt, I didn't think it could be worth it to clean it. We have an old and accident prone dog so we didn't really want to replace the carpet but we also have a new grandson and I couldn't stand the idea of him crawling around on it the way it was. I thought the cost was very reasonable for the results achieved and it has held up very well over the past month. Excellent product. Thank you
