I had a couple of really tough pet stains that the technician, Reece Fourt, managed to get out. Reece was not only courteous, but was very good at explaining how things were done in the cleaning process.

Efficient and pleasant technicians HOWEVER the two techs that cleaned my rugs this time did leave me feeling somewhat dismayed. I bought and paid for a three room post Xmas rug cleaning last year. When they got here they 1) wrote of a bill of over $400 even though I showed them my certificate that said the process would cost $110 and that I had paid the $110, 2) when questioned they revised it to $229, 3) when questioned a third time after I had time to really think about everything while they were cleaning, finally got the bill down to cover a) rug protection, b) waste disposal, and c) taxes which was finally correct, and 4) left without taking the certificate that I had and had to call me and come back for it. I definitely was not pleased with this. I think it might be wise to do a little retraining here.
I had an appointment to have my carpets cleaned only a couple days after calling for an appointment. Service was fast and the carpet looks great. The Zerorez employee that came to my house (James) was very professional and knowledgable.
