It actually gets my carpet clean. Techs wear booties to keep my carpet nice. Techs seem knowledgeable without being sales-y.

Great customer service. Carpet always looks clean and smells fresh. Tech always comes on time and calls ahead. Very professional. Notified me of other Zerorez products/services but no pressure to purchase.

Your service scheduling is timely and the work is completed quickly but comprehensively. The service tech was extremely professional yet friendly and truly made extra efforts to address high-traffic areas and/or stains. We were, once again very pleased with the service and results. Thanks.

What do you like about our products and services?

Our service rep called when he was on his way and arrived at the time given. He was polite, neat, and explained the service. He quietly went about cleaning our carpets and finished in a timely fashion. Afterwards, he explained again what he had done and gave quotes on cleaning other areas of our home. The 20-year-old carpets looked almost new when he was finished. We will definitely use Zerorez again.
