I want to fully support the Zerorez service technician (Brian) who attended to the carpet cleaning at our son's home last Tuesday.
Brian was every bit the perfect gentleman and made every effort to see that we were satisfied with Zerorez. He explained every procedure, was extremely careful in moving equipment, and pleasant throughout his assignment.
THIS ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WILL KEEP ZEROREZ AT THE TOP OF THE CARPET CLEANING INDUSTRY.

The guy called before he came. He came when promised. He was very clean and courteous. He did a good job cleaning my rugs, made sure I was satisfied and made sure I knew how much the job would be before he did the work. You can't ask for more than that!

My older carpet looked amazing afterward! However, I should have been notified about the extra Bio fee for having had dogs in the house (and pee spots). I wasn't too happy when I thought I had a good deal, but then feeling like I needed to spend the $60 so my house wouldn't smell like urine. Please tell people about that up front!!
