Cody Kiefer did an excellent job. He prepped the carpet well, protected my woodwork with corner guards, and put a door "shield" in to keep out the cold. I will request him next time.

My phone calls were taken right away, a serviceman was dispatched within two days at a time that worked well for us. He called to say he was 15 min out, and arrived promptly. He knew his job well, cleaned carpets, was gone in 90 minutes, and successfully left us with clean carpets and no pet urine smell reeking for the next 30 days. So grateful!

This was our first experience with Zerorez, and we are very happy with the results of how clean our carpet is now. It is true that there is no sticky residue. The Zerorez representative who cleaned our carpet was very friendly, customer service oriented, and explained every step of the process to us. I give the experience an 11 out of a 10!

Great job! I was really impressed with product after seeing the resultsi. I knew it wasn’t suppose to leave a residue, but didn’t know how all that actually happened. This is the second time we have used ZeroRez for carpet cleaning. We are very satisfied with the outcome. We had duct work cleaned as well and were very satisfied with the outcome. ZeroRez staff are very knowledgeable about the services and products available to customers.

My carpets get cleaned well from the dirt and pet stains. There are no harsh chemicals being used. And in 24-48 hours it’s all dry.

I like that it doesn't use harsh soaps and I like the fresh smell that it leaves. I thought that the carpets were very clean.

When Cody was going to arrive just a few minutes late, he called personally to let me know. I appreciated this additional customer service. When he arrived, he went over all the rooms looking for any difficult spots for pre-treatment. Cody was very professional and attentive to detail. The carpets looks amazing when he was done. The service guy actually arrived ahead of time. It took about 45 minutes. I especially like the fact there is no residue left behind.

Zerorez was able to schedule my appointment the next day. This worked out great. They were on time and did a thorough job removing pet stains and making my carpet look like new.
