The carpets look and feel great. The cleaner was on time. He was careful with our home (protected doorways and wore shoe covers to protect the cleaned carpet).

I had my carpets cleaned by a different company about a year ago - I had never hired the job before so didn't know what to expect. The gentleman who did it then was kind of surly and I felt that he rushed through the job.

This year, I called zerorez and things could not have been more different. Justin was so friendly and especially accommodating when I asked for an additional add-on service (just as he was finishing up the planned work). I appreciate that he spent a lot of time working on the problem areas in my carpet and I am so very pleased with the end result.

I love that it doesn't leave a residue, the carpet is dry immediately afterwards, and that Zerorez really restores my carpet! I was to the point of thinking I had to tear up my stairs and family room carpeting, and after Zerorez did its magic they look like new! Thank you!

We requested Aaron again because he did such a complete & satisfying job and to take advantage of the $99 deal but could not be promised Aaron. And we didn't get Aaron as our applicator but Brian.
