Our technician, Steven (Stephen?), was informative, friendly and a fast worker!! He gave me an on-site estimate which was very competitive (I got 1 other estimate from Coit, but was recommended to check with Zerorez by a family member). He then went right to work, cleaning our basement carpet (including stairs), 2 area rugs and a section of my couch ("spot cleaning" it instead of doing the whole thing, which saved me money!). Again, so fast and friendly! Thanks again!!

We tried other carpet cleaners but we're not thrilled with the results. Zerorez is the best we have found. They are friendly, accomodating, and provide excellent service. We are customers for life.

I like that you don't use soap, I know soap attracts more dirt so it's a vicious circle. I liked the way the house smelled when you finished. I loved that the carpets were all completely dry by evening. The carpets looked brand new when you left.

The one thing I will say is the carpets felt a bit “crunchier” this time following the service. I don’t know if that was the protectant we had applied. Still very satisfied
