I like the fact that you do not use soap, but have figured out a way to clean with out leaving soap film in the carpet. My 23 year old carpet looked like brand New when your man finished. You are the first full carpet cleaning I've had in 23 years in my main level living area. .I've kept my carpet extremely well spotted over the years and I do it myself making sure only clean water rinse is used in the spots where I may have had to use windex to clean a spotted area. After having poor results with other carpet cleaning services I resolved never to have one again that is until I used your system which I had an opportunity to first review at my mom's apartment carpet.

I have had my carpets cleaned before but they have never been so clean! The technician, Juan, was very courteous and professional. He was very careful with everything in my house. He also used bumpers to protect all my woodwork from the hoses that have to be stretched through the house. I have never had this done before! Thanks, Juan. Carpet cleaning was a painless process. I will definitely use your company again and have already recommended Zerorez to a friend.

Professional, friendly, and did a good job!!!

I googled carpet clearners and you were one of many that popped up. Just by the name I assumed you were referring to leaving no residue on the carpet and I liked that idea. So, I started looking at all your reviews, which were good and then that led me to some YouTube videos and really, even though other places where a lot cheaper, the videos convinced me that going with you was worth the extra cost. So, even though I found out it was going to be more expensive than I was originally told, due to my living in Colorado Springs, I still went with you all. I ended up having way more done than I originally planned and thinking I was going to spend $300, ended up spending about $750. The young man (Carlos) that came was super friendly and explained everything very well. When he left the carpets (& my couch cushions that I had him clean) looked and smelled great. I did have a few areas where he did the extra pet treatment because I had been fostering a big dog and he peed on my carpet a few times. As the carpet in those areas dried I started to smell the urine smell again, which was kind of frustrating after spending that much. However, I called back and told the gal who asnwered what was going on and she said they would send someone back out to redo it for free. That part hasn't happened yet, but I am really hoping that after that all the urine smell is gone. If not, then I probably won't go with a 10, but trying to be optimistic! :)
