The carpet cleaning started on time, the workers were pleasant and courteous, and they did a fantastic job! I also liked care they took with my furniture and the way they protected my wall corners from damage. The cleaning solution was fresh smelling and my carpets and upholstery were not overly wet when they finished. My home looks and smells fabulous.

One time, a few years ago, after the men left, I saw my "long lost" watch on the table. Unknown to me, it had been stuck in the reclining mechanism of my LazyBoy furniture, and had fallen out when they did something (perhaps when putting the little protective pieces of clear plastic under the legs). Although it was not real gemstones, the watch looked like a diamond tennis bracelet; even jewelers had complimented me on it, and had been embarrassed to hear it was not real diamonds. This tells me they are definitely honest.

The carpets are over 17 years old and were really showing their age. Each time we used a conventional carpet cleaning service they charged less but we got much less. We can now go a year or more for our commercial traffic that is unheard of. the crew is great , Monica is a pleasure to work with and Dale is a true gentelman. The results of the carpet and sofa cleaning were beyond my expectations. My carpet and sofa looked like new when the job was complete.
