I enjoy the friends I have made and the instructors of the classes.

The teachers are devoted. The kids spend time out doors. The playground for the older kids is big with room for running around. They offer alternative activities for kids who prefer not to get messy during craft time.

I love the Body Combat classed on Saturday. The instructors are fantastic and kick my weekend off. i also enjoy classes during the week. Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful

I recently did a Weight Loss Challenge class. I did not find the class to be organized or well planned. Although i paid for the class in full, I stopped going half way as I did not feel like I was learning anything.

Excellent gym equipment, friendly staff, comprehensive activity schedule, world-class for an aquatics program, great location.

The Y is a great place for my family. The staff are kind and friendly. The facility, classes, and programs are wonderful, too.

I love all of the yoga opportunities.
I take yoga with Bean on Monday evenings and Saturday mornings.
I practice with Maureen on Sunday mornings.
When I can get there, I practice with Jane on Wednesdays, Julianne on Thursdays, and Karen on Fridays.
Yoga has given me balance, and I am appreciative of the YMCA's commitment to mind and body offerings.

I have been working out in Y since 2014. The amount of positive energy around with the crew and trainers really makes it special for mental health. I like the facility for it's indoor pool and timings.

I LOVE the child watch while I work out!!!! My kids love going in there to play and I get some much needed time to myself for a workout and reset. It's always clean there, always! I've never seen a single piece of trash around. The facilities are always working and kept up with. It's obvious that the management as well as the staff really care about this gym, everybody does what they can to keep it running instead of just what is required.
